Who We Are
High Bee Aspirations CIC is a Community Interest Company set up to serve individuals experiencing mental health challenges through supported accommodation and holistic support. We exist to benefit the community by reducing homelessness, social isolation and crisis situations among vulnerable people.
We specialise in supporting people who might otherwise struggle to maintain a tenancy because of financial hardship, social barriers or the impact of their mental health. By combining quality housing with structured support, we aim to create a clear pathway from crisis to stability and independence.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to:
Provide high‑quality supported accommodation for people with mental health challenges.
Offer life‑skills training, tenancy support and employability coaching to build independence.
Focus on men’s mental health and minority communities, where needs are often greater and support is limited.
Reduce pressure on emergency services and social housing by offering sustainable, community‑based support.
Our Approach
We believe in going above and beyond basic housing provision. Our approach is person‑centred, respectful and focused on long‑term outcomes, not short‑term fixes.

Safe, compliant homes that meet HHSRS and Decent Homes standards.
Close collaboration with local authorities, housing providers, charities and third‑sector partners.
Support that addresses practical skills, emotional wellbeing and community connection together.
